By placing an order with Fabric Focus you will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the terms below, please contact us at email@example.com before placing an order.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery charges.
Web shop stock levels: Please note that we are a trading bricks & mortar shop and not only an Internet business. Please be aware that as all items are available to customers in store, it is impossible to keep stock levels in the online store 100% accurate, although we do our best to keep it that way!
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment. If the shop is closed when your order arrives, the order will be posted during the two first opening days after the closure.
Thank you for your understanding
On certain products we are able to offer back orders which allow you to purchase an out-of-stock item and receive it once we have it back in stock. Usually that entails a wait of one to two weeks approximately. If you have any queries or would like a more accurate time frame, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order.
Payment and Taxes (VAT)
Currently only PayPal payments are accepted through this web site. We cannot accept credit/debit cards transactions at this time. We do not accept cheques.
Product prices quoted on this website are shown in sterling pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT.
We hope that you are satisfied with your products from Fabric Focus.
We regret that we cannot refund any monies paid for custom orders unless the item is one which we may be able to sell onwards. A custom order is any order that is cut to your specified length. However, we are happy to offer refunds for any stock items, so should you not be entirely happy with your purchase you may return the product to us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the product is returned unused, unopened and in perfect condition.
Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs or sale items unless faulty.
How to make Returns
You will be required to pay for the return postage of the product to us at:

When returning items, please obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost in the mail.
Your Right To Cancel
You may not cancel a custom order after payment has been received and the work on your order has begun. If you do cancel the contract before work has started on a custom order or return any stock item to us within 7 days in perfect and unused condition, any payments made by you will be refunded excluding any postage cost.

Conformity Of Goods
While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
